Winter Sports Fees Due by 15 May

Payment is due by 15 May as we gear up for an exciting season of winter sports. This is a friendly reminder to all parents and caregivers regarding the upcoming deadline for sports fees. To ensure our teams are registered and ready for the first whistle, all fees must be settled by Friday, 15 May.

We appreciate parents who have been making regular payments; this is always an option. If you require financial assistance, please call in to the office and complete an application form. For those parents who have already contacted the office, we would appreciate it if you could complete this form as well. These applications will be considered in late May - early June.

Why These Fees Matter

Your contributions are vital for the successful running of our sports programmes. These fees cover essential costs, including:

  • Regional affiliation and entry fees for local competitions.

  • Maintenance and replacement of sports uniforms and equipment.

  • First aid supplies to keep our teams safe on the field.

How to Make a Payment

We aim to make the payment process as smooth as possible. You can settle your balance through the following methods:

  • Online Banking: Payments can be made directly to the school account. Oamaru Intermediate School Board of Trustees:

    03-0937-0207107-00 Please use your child’s name and the sport (e.g., "J. Smith - Netball") as a reference.

  • School Office: NO Eftpos available only online or cash payments.
